Your action: Just take a pic of a food/drink item or type one in.
What it does:
Creates an ongoing nutrient table of everything you've submitted for the day. Then, based on your goals and age/gender/weight/height data, it recommends how much you have left to consume in different categories for the remainder of the day. Example: What daily percent above or below do you fall in Sodium?
It will also provide you with recommendations.
To be guided through the prompts of setting up the GPT for perfect use, type "Get Started," which allows you to suggest food/drinks you can't eat or if you have any health concerns, as well as go through many other first-time setup preferences.
It will ask you on every submission if this is for the same day, or you can tell it that you'll let it know when it's a new day (it will prompt you after a few times).
This GPT will allow you to export data in Excel files.

Your action: Just post a job description.
What it does:
Before anything else: if you haven't uploaded a resume, it will ask you for one or help you create one.
It determines the job type, salary, and work setup from the job description. Then, it recommends a realistic salary to negotiate based on market data, the user’s experience, and company context. It also evaluates whether the role fits the user’s experience and identifies skills or tools they may need to learn to improve their fit. This is all separated into digestible parts.
The GPT will then ask if you'd like it to generate a cover letter for the position or go on a Mock Interview (preferably, use voice mode for this).
Finally, the GPT will then offer to research employee reviews and company size.
This GPT will try to remember the names of the companies where you've previously applied.
